MEET THE NARRATOR
I am a four-time Earphones award-winning audiobook narrator who is consistently positively reviewed in AudioFile Magazine for my narration work in Australian, American and British dialects.
I narrate for award-winning independent authors, including Australian Book Industry Award nominees, NSW and Victoria Premier's Literary Award nominees, Bram Stoker Award nominees and USA Today Bestsellers. I frequently narrate for major audiobook publishing houses, including Macmillan, HarperCollins, and Simon & Schuster.
My audiobook education and training is eclectic. I started reading The Hobbit and Harry Potter to my sisters when I was a wee child. A passion for both performance and literature led me to graduate from Bryn Mawr College with a major in English Literature (magna cum laude) and a Theatre minor. I have trained in classical and contemporary performance via acting intensives at the Yale School of Drama, Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, and the National Institute of Dramatic Arts in Sydney.
I have lived, worked and studied across Australia, England and the USA, and am comfortable performing first person narration in Australian, Kiwi, General American, and Southern American dialects. I also perform first-person narration and character voices in other dialects and accents on request. I am currently based in Sydney, Australia, where I record from a professional-quality Studiobricks home studio.
When I'm not talking out loud to myself in a small box, I enjoy the occasional online yoga class, knitting tiny dog sweaters, and browsing house prices in Tasmania, where I plan to one day own an alpaca farm.
